**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and manage data collection tools and systems to support administrative functions.

Maintain and update administrative databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, audits, and compliance reports using MIS data.

Develop dashboards and visual reports to aid in administrative planning and forecasting.

Collaborate with IT and Admin teams to automate manual processes and improve data flow.

Support procurement, asset management, and facility operations with relevant data insights.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

Ensure data backups, integrity, and security protocols are followed.

Train administrative staff on data entry, MIS tools, and reporting best practices.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, macros, etc.)

Experience with ERP systems or MIS software (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.)

Analytical thinking with attention to detail.

Knowledge of administrative processes and documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
