**Position**: HSSE Lead (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)
**Location**: Taloja, Maharashtra
**Industry**: Chemical Industry (Solvent Storage & Handling)
**Experience**: Minimum 8 Years
**Salary**: ₹6-7 LPA (CTC)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead site-level HSSE operations and implement safety systems
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety audits
- Develop and execute safety training and emergency response plans
- Monitor storage and handling of highly flammable solvents
- Identify and mitigate operational and environmental risks

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of HSSE experience in the **Chemical Industry**:

- Proven expertise in solvent storage and flammable chemical safety
- **Diploma in Industrial Safety** from Maharashtra-recognized institute
- Strong understanding of government safety norms and EHS audits
