**Mandatory Requirement**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a DCDP/Commis 1 specializing in Indian cuisine at a busy premium restaurant in a metropolitan city.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Indian cuisine section, including A la Carte, Buffet, Gujarati/Rajasthani Thali, and Catering services.
- Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during peak hours in a premium restaurant setting.

**Food Preparation**:

- Prepare a wide variety of Indian dishes such as curries, dals, tandoori items, biryanis, rotis, and sweets/desserts using both traditional and modern techniques.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality food production in line with restaurant standards.

**Menu Innovation**:

- Create and develop new Indian dishes to enhance the menu and attract customer interest.
- Plan and design menus for frequent banquet events hosted at the restaurant.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members and guide them in food preparation to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Assist the restaurant manager in recruiting staff for the Indian cuisine section, considering quality standards and budgetary constraints.

**Cross-Department Support**:

- Provide support to other kitchen departments when required.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: Rs. 25,000-Rs. 28,000 per month.
