**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**For Commis (Commis 1/2/3)**:
- Assist CDPs and DCDPs in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating).
- Ensure mise-en-place is ready before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
- Learn and improve cooking techniques under supervision.
**For DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie)**:
- Handle a specific section (pasta, grill, salad, etc.) independently.
- Support the CDP in maintaining quality and consistency.
- Train and guide Commis staff.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and mínimal wastage.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and assist in audits.
**For CDP (Chef de Partie)**:
- Lead a section of the kitchen and supervise junior staff.
- Create and innovate dishes within Continental & Italian cuisines.
- Maintain food cost, portion control, and inventory levels.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with Sous Chef for menu planning and execution.
- Train and evaluate performance of kitchen staff under your supervision.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Continental and/or Italian cuisine.
- Commis: 0-2 years
- DCDP: 2-4 years
- CDP: 4-6 years
- Culinary diploma/degree preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong passion for food and culinary creativity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
