**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of **tandoori dishes** such as:

- Tandoori chicken, kebabs, paneer tikka, naan, roti, and kulcha.
- Marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables using traditional Indian spices and yogurt-based blends.
- Operate and maintain the **tandoor oven** (clay oven) ensuring safety and temperature control.
- Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.

- Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team for menu planning and service.

**Requirements**:
