Core Responsibilities

1. **Tandoor Section Leadership**
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently to ensure smooth functioning.Harri

2. **Operational Management**
- Maintain mise en place, stock control, cleanliness, and proper station upkeep.HarriAccor
- Monitor inventory and minimize waste by controlling portions and practicing stock rotation.HarriAccor
- Follow hygiene and sanitation standards, including HACCP protocols.HarriAccor

3. **Team Supervision & Training**
- Collaborate closely with Sous or Executive Chefs to ensure team alignment and operational efficiency.HarriAccor

4. **Menu & Quality Control**
- Ensure that presentation, taste, portioning, and plating meet high standards consistently.HarriAccor

5. **Cost & Safety Oversight**
- Help control food costs through portion management and efficient inventory practices.Accor+1
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including emergency procedures and fire safety

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
