**We are looking for:

**Location**:Noida, 18, UP
**Experience**: 2-4 Years (Required in Tandoor Section)
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30000 per month (Based on experience and skill level)

**About Us**:

- The Patiala KKitchen_, a unit of **Triple Nine Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.**, is known for delivering authentic Indian flavors with premium quality. We are looking for an experienced and passionate **CDP - Tandoor** who can take ownership of the tandoor section and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation in all dishes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian tandoor items.
- Ensure correct marination, grilling techniques, and heat control.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the tandoor area.
- Supervise and train Commis Chefs assigned to your section.
- Monitor mise-en-place and ensure timely preparation during service hours.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and DCDP for daily operations.
- Ensure food consistency and adherence to company recipes and presentation standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (restaurant )
- Strong expertise in Tandoor and North Indian cuisine.
- Ability to handle high-volume operations efficiently.
- Good communication and team leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
