**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of tandoori dishes including naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and grilled meats.
- Marinate meats and vegetables as per standard recipes and under supervision.
- Operate and maintain tandoor ovens, ensuring correct temperatures and safety.
- Ensure consistent portioning and presentation of all items.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the tandoor section.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to support smooth operations during service.
- Assist in food prep and mise en place for daily operations.
- Properly store and label food items to avoid cross-contamination.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the tandoor section of a professional kitchen.
- Good understanding of Indian tandoori cooking methods and marination techniques.
- Familiarity with handling tandoor equipment and safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Team player with a passion for Indian cuisine.
