**Job Title**: Tandoor Chef

**Location**: Ghaziabad

**About Us**:
We are a family-friendly restaurant that serves 80-100 guests at a time. We also host kids' parties for 20-30 people and handle food delivery orders. Our menu includes Continental, Indian, Tandoori, and Chinese dishes.

**What You'll Do:Food Preparation**:

- Follow recipes and understand the ingredients needed.
- Set up the kitchen with equipment and ingredients before cooking.
- Cook and serve food quickly and with great quality.
- Adjust recipes to meet special requests or dietary needs.
- Check the freshness of food and restock as needed.

**Kitchen Management**:

- Lead and guide kitchen staff, assigning tasks to keep things running smoothly.
- Keep the kitchen clean and safe by following health rules.
- Make sure the kitchen meets health and safety guidelines.
- Hire, train, and review kitchen staff when required.

**Event and Customer Support**:

- Communicate daily specials to the service team.
- Show kitchen staff cooking techniques when needed.
- Manage catering for events, especially kids’ parties.

**What You Need**:

- Experience as a tandoor Chef or similar role
- Good knowledge of Continental, Indian, Tandoori, and Chinese cuisines
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Experience with food delivery orders and managing party orders
- Ability to work under pressure during busy times
