**Job Summary**:
The Tandoor Commi 1 is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Indian tandoori dishes using traditional clay ovens (tandoors). The role involves maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety while supporting the senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook tandoori items such as naan, roti, kulcha, tandoori chicken, kebabs, paneer tikka, etc.
- Ensure the tandoor is heated and maintained at the correct temperature for service.
- Marinate meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables using authentic recipes and spice blends.
- Monitor food quality and portion control during preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor area and all equipment.
- Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and presentation standards.
- Support kitchen team in mise-en-place and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in receiving and proper storage of kitchen supplies and raw materials.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen specializing in tandoor cooking.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tandoori dishes, spices, and marination techniques.
- Experience handling traditional clay ovens (tandoors).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
