**About Us**:
RAAS hospitality is opening a brand-new, high-end rooftop lounge and multi-cuisine restaurant in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. We offer a wide selection of Indian fusion, North Indian, Mughlai, Chinese, and Continental dishes, providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience. As we expand, we are looking for a talented chef specialized in one of the following cuisines: Chinese, Indian, Tandoori, or Continental, to join our growing kitchen team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cuisine Expertise**: Prepare and execute dishes that reflect your specialty (Chinese, Indian, Tandoori, or Continental) with attention to flavor, presentation, and authenticity.
- **Menu Contribution**: Collaborate with the head chef to develop and refine menu items within your area of expertise.
- **Kitchen Operations**: Maintain high standards of food preparation, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant’s quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and portion size.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory for ingredients related to your cuisine and ensure timely ordering of supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a chef specializing in Chinese, Indian, Tandoori, or Continental cuisine.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for innovation and creating memorable dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
