This approach not only enhances employability but also promotes entrepreneurship across diverse sectors, ultimately contributing to a skilled and capable workforce. **Role Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: **Training Development & Delivery** - Develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for kitchen staff, supervisors, and operations personnel. - Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, demos, and workshops. - Develop theory and practical assessments on the content delivered - Motivate students to complete self-learning materials provided on LMS - Motivate students to complete On-the-job training, maintain Logbooks recording their daily activities and achievements and upload the same on LMS **Performance Evaluation & Coaching** - Evaluate OJT Logbooks and update marks on LMS - Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, audits, and observation. - Identify skill gaps and conduct follow-up or refresher training as needed. **Collaboration & Reporting** - Work closely with university academic and assessment team as well as client’s operations team for successful completion and learning effectiveness of the program. - Monitor training effectiveness and provide periodic reports and insights to senior management. **Qualifications & Skills Required**: - Bachelor’s Degree in any stream - 2 years of experience in cloud kitchen operations, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), or food production. - 1 years of experience in a training or supervisory role preferred. - Strong knowledge of cloud kitchen workflows, food safety standards (FSSAI or HACCP), and kitchen tech systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple training schedules across locations. - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or digital training tools will be an advantage **What We Offer** - Being a key player in something potentially massive and world-changing - Opportunities for professional development and growth. - A supportive and collaborative work environment. - The chance to make a meaningful impact on the careers and lives of working professionals. **How to Apply** Medhavi Skills University is an equal opportunity employer.
