**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to plan and execute Conti-inspired menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, creativity, and innovation.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Conti kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards to meet customer expectations.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist in developing new dishes and refining existing recipes, staying updated on culinary trends and techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events, catering functions, and menu promotions.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-7 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment, with a focus on Conti cuisine.
- Proven track record of culinary excellence, with a strong understanding of flavor profiles, techniques, and presentation.
- Formal culinary education or equivalent apprenticeship preferred.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
