We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Company's valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.

Qualifications:

- Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle difficult situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Delhi, Delhi (required)

Ability to Relocate:
