**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including venue arrangements and catering if required.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange travel plans for the executive, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and handle any travel-related issues or changes.
**Profile Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
