Responsibilities - Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. - Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including presentations and reports. - Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper, and respond to inquiries as needed. - Maintain and manage filing systems, both electronic and physical. - Assist in planning and coordinating events, travel arrangements, and itineraries. - Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. - Perform general administrative tasks to support the executive and the organization. Skills and Qualifications - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Familiarity with office management systems and procedures. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
