Job description

Job Title: Personal Secretary Responsibilities:

- **Calendar Management**: Organize and maintain appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Documentation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and paper-based.
- **Research**: Conduct research and compile information for reports and projects.
- **Office Coordination**: Liaise with other staff members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- **Task Management**: Prioritize and manage various tasks and projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a secretary or in an administrative role preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
