Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Personal Secretary in Mumbai. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including executive administrative assistance, clerical duties, coordinating meetings, managing communications, and providing personal assistance to executives. This is an on-site position that requires regular office attendance.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Previous experience as a personal secretary or in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
  • Having good command on computers and Microsoft Excel powerpoint word etc
  • legal and Secretarial knowledge will add to the value for this role
