Responsibilities - Manage the executive's schedule and appointments - Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations - Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries - Assist in organizing meetings and taking minutes during discussions - Perform research and compile information as needed - Support the executive in daily administrative tasks Skills and Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Familiarity with office management systems and procedures - Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles is a plus - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
