Skills and Qualifications - 1-4 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. - Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
