Elevate is recruiting a **Litigation Coordinator** to join our Med legal team. As a Litigation Coordinator you will work with the Med Legal Sales and Delivery teams to provide support to its law firm, insurance company, and corporate customers with their bodily injury claims and litigation. This position is responsible for collaborating with the life care planning and scheduling team to create an exceptional client experience during the casework process.

**Specifically, the Litigation Coordinator** **will**:

- Be responsible to evaluate each customer request of LCP services.
- Proactively make follow ups of any outstanding or missing information from the customer.
- Be responsible for generating quotes and delivery of quotes to the customer.
- Be responsible to monitor the pending-records queue on both daily and weekly basis.
- Identify any aging issues in the pending matters and escalate to the onshore litigation coordination team.
- Provide detailed weekly report of the stakeholders regarding the progress of the open requests.
- Provide reporting of the issues to the stake holders promptly, work in collaboration with the onshore Litigation team, resolve discrepancies and address urgent issues.

**Experience.**
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in operations preferably in legal background.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Detail focused with a penchant for accuracy.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.

**Qualifications**
- Any graduate.
