**Specifically, the Operation Coordinator will**
- Accurately classify different types of patient records.
- Identify different types of provider bills.
- Create estimates of the different services that should be offered to the customer.
- Communicate with the internal team.
- Work on multiple tasks with quick turnaround.
- Act as an intermediary between internal teams and customers.
- Understand and work competently in a virtual environment.
- Be part of a dynamic team who works together to help our client succeed.

- Strong eye for detail and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze and organize work for maximum efficiency.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, focused on supporting client needs.
- Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

**Experience**
- Between 2+ years of experience on US Healthcare industry.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

**Qualifications**
- Any bachelor’s degree
