Practice Areas - Legal Operations and Coordination - Document Management and Workflow - General Legal Advisory Support (Startups/Tech focused) Eligibility & Requirements - 23 years experience in legal coordination, document management, or related legal operations roles. - Basic legal research skills and familiarity with standard legal documents. - Strong communication skills and professional work ethic. - High attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality. - Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams/clients - Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace (document collaboration, sheets, slides, Gmail, Drive). Key Responsibilities - Support clients and the firm in day-to-day legal operations and coordination tasks. - Manage and organise legal documents, templates, and client files (version control and secure storage). - Conduct basic legal and factual research; summarise findings for lawyers/clients. - Assist with drafting routine documents and correspondence under supervision. - Maintain trackers, databases, and workflows (deadlines, filings, deliverables). - Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and external vendors.
