Coordinator - Production-med Legal (India)

Elevate is recruiting a Production Coordinator, in our Med Legal team India. As a Production Coordinator, you will work with the Med Legal Sales and Delivery teams to provide support to its law firm, insurance company, and corporate customers with their bodily injury claims and litigation. This position is responsible for collaborating with the service delivery team to create an exceptional client experience during the casework process.

**Specifically, the Production Coordinator will**
- Provide support to the Med Legal MBR Testimony Experts who testify in bodily injury claims and litigation.
- Coordinate of the testimony assignments and production of the testimony prep materials.
- Assist with document processing and coordination, and expert file generation and production.
- Work as a member of the production team supporting the testimony scheduling needs of our experts and customers.
- Understand client needs and preferences to anticipate and exceed their expectations. Provide testimony support and admin office coverage for in-office depositions.
- Use our online database to process scheduling requests of the testimony experts. Communicate and coordinate with delivery, elevated experience and sales teams regarding case details and deadlines.
- Work directly with customers to address expert scheduling requests.
