Elevate is recruiting a **Marketing Editorial Coordinator** to join our legal ops team. As a Marketing Editorial Coordinator, you will be a part of a dynamic team wo works together to help our client succeed.
**Specifically, the Marketing Editorial Coordinator will**:
- Work from templates to organize input from many sources.
- Effectively track accolades and awards across the firm.
- Prepare written submissions to professional rankings agencies including Chambers, Best Lawyers, US News and others.
- Correspond effectively in writing and on the phone with our clients marketing team and attorneys.
- Understand and work competently in a virtual environment.
- Quickly learn new systems and adapt to new processes.
**Skills for success**:
- Ability to analyze and organize work for maximum efficiency.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, focused on supporting your client needs.
- Excellent spoken English and writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Possess a critical eye in terms of accuracy and creative ability.
- Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment.
- Proficiency in legal technology is a plus, but a willingness to learn will suffice.
**Experience.**
- 5+ years of experience in a support-related role that is heavily dependent on excellent writing and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent track record in previous client support/customer service engagements.
- Hands on experience in MS Excel.
- Experience working directly with a US or UK client.
- Experience in managing a team is preferred but not necessary.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors in any stream or equivalent experience.
