
Workflow Coordinator

Elevate is recruiting a **Workflow Coordinator** to work with the Business Support team to support in overseeing and managing the workflow process assisting a client having offices worldwide. This role involves setting project timelines, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and on time. The Workflow Coordinator acts as a bridge between different departments to ensure smooth operations.
**Specifically, the Workflow Coordinator will**:
- **Manage and Optimize Workflow Processes**: Enhance productivity and efficiency by managing and optimizing workflow processes.
- **Coordinate with Departments**: Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with different departments.
- **Identify and Resolve Bottlenecks**: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the process and implement effective solutions.
- **Monitor Project Progress**: Keep track of project progress, anticipate issues, and resolve them promptly.
- **Prepare Reports**: Prepare and present reports on workflow status to the management team.
- **Provide Technical Support**: Assist the team with technical support and production work as needed.
- **Assist in Training**: Help in training new associates and updating the team on process changes
**Skills for Success**:
- Proficiency in workflow management software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to troubleshoot applicable software.
- Experience in quality assurance testing of new systems and tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Results-oriented attitude. You know how to "get it done," you drive results with your team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage all stakeholder expectations and customer demands. You know how and when to influence.
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Workflow Coordinator or in a similar role for a global organization, (law firm operations experience preferred).
- Fluent in written and oral communication in English.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Applications.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Business Administration or related field.
