We are hiring for Receptionist position.Please reply back with your updated CV to fix face-to-face interview.
Job Profile:
1.Handling Calls.
2.Transfer calls to appropriate staff.
3.Must know XL and internet browsing
4.Must have good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
5.Timely submission of MIS reports
6.Maintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on Outdoor Duties Of the Staff.
7.Handling walk-in customers.
8.Attending calls
- Receiving, and responding, as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information, and support to the caller.
9.To be of assistance to, the administrative heads of the organization.
12.Generating walk-in and Admission
13.Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner 14.Couriers & Dispatch Vendor management.
**Note**:We will provide complete guidance and support for initial 1-2 months for the above job profile activities.
