We're looking for a **Front Desk Executive** who will be the first point of contact for all visitors and inquiries, reflecting our brand’s professionalism and warmth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist all walk-in clients, students, and visitors
- Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor logs and track walk-ins daily
- Support counselors with administrative tasks as required
- Keep the reception area clean and professional
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up reminders
- Handle courier/dispatch records and other front-office documentation
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Polished, confident, and customer-service oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is an advantage
- Language: English, Telugu, Hindi
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
