Salary offered: 35k CTC (in hand - Rs. 29075)
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive support to Mr. Divam Juneja, ensuring
efficient management of daily activities, schedules, and tasks. The PA will act as the primary point of
contact for internal and external communications, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate
Executive and professional requirements to optimize the executive’s productivity and time
management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
2. Communication Management:
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, redirecting as necessary.
- Draft and manage outgoing correspondence.
3. Time Management:
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate Executive and professional commitments to ensure smooth operations.
4. Event and Travel Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
- Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare itineraries and necessary documentation for travel.
5. Project Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information for specific projects and tasks.
- Track project progress and provide updates as required.
6. Office Management:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and presentable.
7. Executive Tasks:
- Manage household and Executive appointments.
- Assist with family and household matters as needed.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
