**Job Summary**:
The Executive Assistant (EA) acts as a gatekeeper and liaison for the CEO, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the executive's office. This role involves strategic support, administrative tasks, and coordination to maximize the CEO's productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and detailed minutes for meetings.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Serve as the first point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders.
- Manage communication flow and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with department heads and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
- **Strategic Assistance**:
- Conduct research and prepare briefing documents for meetings.
- Assist in tracking strategic projects and provide periodic updates.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- **Event Management**:
- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee the logístical aspects of business trips, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
- **Office Management**:
- Supervise staff working under the CEO’s office.
- Maintain and update important documents, databases, and filing systems.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an executive support role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
