**Job Title**: Back-End Sales Executive - Door Segment

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Location**: Noida

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with daily operations, including order processing, documentation, and customer service.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to manage stock availability.
- Support the sales team in preparing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or back-end sales role, preferably in the door segment or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the construction or building materials industry.
- Familiarity with door products and solutions.
- Professional certifications in sales or customer service.

Pay: ₹8,997.92 - ₹34,302.30 per month
