**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Administration:

- Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing and billing processes.

Customer Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Assist customers with issues related to CRM and LMS software.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Sales Team Assistance:

- Support the sales team with data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.

Communication:

- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
- Facilitate effective communication within the sales team.

Market Research:

- Conduct research on market trends and competitor products.
- Provide insights to the sales team to help identify new opportunities.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position.
- Familiarity with CRM ( Customer Relationship Management) and CRM ( Lead Management System) software is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
