**Shift timing**:Rotational
**Working Days**: 6 Days (Rotational Week Offs)
**Package**: 30k Inhand

**Note: This position involves working in rotating shifts, and we do not provide transportation facilities.**
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive (Spanish) located in Noida. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for sales activities, promoting and selling travel packages, providing excellent customer service in Spanish, and assisting customers with their travel needs. The role will also involve coordinating with vendors and travel agencies to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Interaction**:
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
- Provide detailed information about travel destinations, itineraries, and travel documentation.
- Handle client requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
**2. Travel Planning**:
- Plan and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Coordinate with travel vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- Customize travel packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
**3. Customer Service**:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service and support.
- Follow up with client’s post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
**4. Documentation and Administration**:
- Ensure all travel documents, including visas, passports, and travel insurance,are up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements in the CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute travel itineraries and related documents to clients.
**5. Sales and Marketing**:
- Promote travel packages and special offers to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional travel services and products.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and travel fairs aimed at the Spanish-speaking market.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in a travel consultancy or customer service role (Spanish).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
