Job Description: Sales Support Executive

Position: Sales Support Executive

Location: Sector-2 Noida

Experience Required: 1-3 years in sales support, customer service, or a similar role

Industry Preference: Real Estate

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:

- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant documentation.

2. Order Management:

- Process orders, ensure accurate details, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.

3. Coordination with Teams:

- Collaborate with the sales team to manage leads, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups.
- Work with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotions and product updates.

4. Reporting:

- Generate and analyze sales reports, including performance metrics, order statuses, and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

2. Experience:

- 1-3 years in sales support, customer service, or a related role.

3. Key Competencies:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
