Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the Chemical or Paint Industry. In this role, you will focus on new customer acquisition, driving sales growth, and ensuring long-term customer retention and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within industries such as Paint, Coatings, Pigments, Plastic, Inks, Dyes, or similar chemical-related sectors. You will be responsible for delivering sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and marketing our range of Solvents, Specialty Chemicals, and Performance Chemicals to various industrial sectors.
Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, expanding our customer base, and ensuring seamless financial processing. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a strategic approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales & Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers, maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Financial Processing: Ensure smooth financial transactions, including receipting and payment processing, in compliance with company policies.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Customer & Distribution Network Management: Maintain and expand relationships with customers and distribution partners.
- Customer Engagement: Meet, engage, and follow up with customers and distribution networks as per the defined Customer Visit Plan.
- Stakeholder Management: Address customer queries and influence all relevant stakeholders to drive business success.
- Product Knowledge & Sales Pitch: Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively present them to potential customers.
Competencies & Skills Required:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Retail & Key Account Sales.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Self-Driven & Motivated: A proactive approach with innovative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in achieving sales targets.
- Prior knowledge and/or experience in Powder Coating industry: Prior knowledge and/or experience in powder coating, paints, or the chemical industry would be preferred but not required.
