**Job title: Sales Executive**

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai and Coimbatore

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Activities**:
**Actively engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.**

**Demonstrate the features and benefits of various bike models to customers.**

**Close sales by guiding customers through the purchase process, including financing options and warranty details.**

**Customer Relationship Management**:
**Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.**

**Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.**

**Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.**

**Market and Product Knowledge**:
**Stay updated on the latest bike models, industry trends, and competitive offerings.**

**Provide customers with detailed information about bike specifications, pricing, and promotions.**

**Sales Reporting**:
**Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.**

**Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.**

**Promotional Activities**:
**Participate in sales events, bike shows, and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.**

**Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.**

Team Collaboration:
**Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets.**

**Share market insights and customer feedback with the team to improve sales strategies.**

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).**

**Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or motorcycle industry.**

**Proven track record of achieving sales targets.**

**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**

**Strong negotiation and closing skills.**

**Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**

**Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.**

**A passion for motorcycles and a good understanding of bike models and specifications**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
