**Reports To**: Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Food and Beverage Assistant supports the delivery of high-quality dining experiences by assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant, banquet, or room service. This role involves guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service in line with company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks in a professional, timely manner.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist with buffet setups, banquets, and in-room dining as required.
- Handle guest queries and complaints courteously, escalating when needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
