**Working Hours**:

- **Full-Time**: (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM | **8-hour** effective shift with breaks)
- **Part-Time**: Flexible shifts (to be discussed during interview) (**6-hour shifts**)

**Pay & Benefits**:

- **Full-Time (8-hour shift)**: ₹10,000 - ₹14,000/month
- **Part-Time** (**6-hour shift)**: ₹6,000 - ₹8,000/month

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for friendly, efficient, and energetic **Service Staff** to join our café team. The role involves taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, assisting with inventory, and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers warmly
- Assist with seating and provide menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-maintained
- Support takeaway and billing operations when required
- Accurately process payments (cash, credit, debit) using a POS system
- Issue receipts and ensure transaction accuracy
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and maintain accurate records
- Assist in basic inventory management and restocking of service stations
- Notify management of reordering needs
- Assist with order processing and support kitchen or counter staff when required
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- May be responsible for upselling, making recommendations, and handling reservations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a café or service role is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of food and beverages
- Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude
- Good communication skills in English or Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

**Additional Info**:

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
