Bill Counter Staff

Job Purpose:
The Bill Counter Staff will be responsible for handling customer billing, managing cash transactions, and providing a smooth and friendly checkout experience to visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and handle billing at the counter efficiently and accurately.
- Collect payments (cash, UPI, cards) and issue receipts/tickets.
- Maintain daily cash records and reconcile at end of shift.
- Ensure billing system and POS machine are functioning smoothly.
- Handle customer queries related to tickets, activities, and payments.
- Maintain discipline, courtesy, and professional behavior at all times.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or technical issues immediately to management.
- Assist in guiding customers towards activity counters when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum +2 / Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in billing/cash handling (preferably in retail, tourism, or hospitality).
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil added advantage).
- Honest, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.

- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
- Punctuality and integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
