Waiter

At Adrak Summer Sand Resort, the responsibilities of a waiter would typically include the following:

- **Guest Service**: Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve them promptly. Ensure a friendly, welcoming, and professional experience for all guests.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Stay informed about the menu, daily specials, and promotions. Provide recommendations to guests and answer any questions about ingredients, cooking methods, or potential allergens.
- **Order Management**: Accurately input orders into the system and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service. Ensure that food and drinks are delivered as per the order specifications.
- **Table Setup and Maintenance**: Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses. Regularly check tables to ensure that they are clean and properly set before guests arrive.
- **Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- **Handling Payments**: Present the bill to guests, handle cash or card payments accurately, and return any change if required. Ensure billing procedures are correctly followed.
- **Guest Feedback**: Actively seek guest feedback and address any issues or complaints politely and efficiently. Relay feedback to the management if needed.
- **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with other waitstaff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service. Assist colleagues during busy periods by helping with serving, clearing tables, and other tasks as needed.
- **Additional Duties**: Assist in room service, banquet setup, or other food and beverage-related activities at the resort as required.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.
