Customer Sales Executive

**Consultative Selling**: Adopt a consultative selling approach by understanding customers' business challenges, goals, and pain points. Conduct needs assessments, provide product demonstrations or presentations, and offer tailored solutions that address customers' specific requirements and add value to their business.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor and resource for customers, providing ongoing support, guidance, and assistance throughout the sales process and beyond.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software. Follow up on leads promptly, qualify prospects, and progress opportunities through the sales funnel by effectively managing objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization. Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and maximize sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
- **Customer Needs Analysis**: Conduct thorough needs analysis and discovery discussions with customers to uncover their pain points, challenges, and goals. Ask probing questions, listen actively, and empathize with customers to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**: Stay informed about the organization's products, services, features, and benefits. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments. Participate in product training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- **Cross-selling and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing customers. Present relevant product recommendations based on customers' previous purchases, usage patterns, or business needs to maximize sales opportunities and customer value.
- **Sales Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, customer support, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Share customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to drive product enhancements and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Service and Support**: Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after the sale. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues or concerns promptly, and ensure a positive buying experience to foster customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Track sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, win rates, average deal size, and sales velocity. Generate regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
