**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through excellent communication and customer service.
- **Negotiation**: Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions while confidently negotiating terms to close deals.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- **Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify potential business growth areas.
- **Reporting**: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and track KPIs related to sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in E-commerce.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
