**Salary & Benefits: 20,000- 30,000 per month**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist **walk-in customers** in selecting furniture and home décor products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend **suitable furniture styles, materials, and designs**.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain **features, pricing, and offers**.
- Maintain a strong understanding of **furniture trends, materials, and market demand**.
- Coordinate with the **warehouse team** for timely product delivery.
- Manage **billing, invoicing, and payment processing** as per company guidelines.
- Handle **customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support** efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing **showroom display**.
- Keep track of **stock levels and customer preferences** to suggest reordering.
- Make calls on leads generation

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong **sales and negotiation skills**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to understand **customer preferences and suggest appropriate products**.
- Basic knowledge of **furniture materials, finishes, and modular furniture** is an advantage.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, POS software, and CRM tools** (preferred).
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.

**Preferred Qualifications & Certifications**:

- Prior experience in a **furniture showroom, home décor, or retail sales** is preferred.
- Certification in **Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management** is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
