**Position**: Telesales Executive

**Location**: Jaipur

**Job Type**: Full-time and Work from Office

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 100 calls daily targeting potential domestic and international clients.
- Achieve a minimum of 120 minutes of active talk time per day to engage and qualify prospects.
- Schedule successful product demos each day to showcase our SaaS solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential domestic & international markets and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate closely with the CMO and CEO to develop strategic sales plans and targets.
- Schedule product demos to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet them effectively.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and approaches.
- Maintain CRM with accurate, up-to-date call records and lead statuses for transparency and tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Industry, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of domestic & international markets and willingness to conduct extensive market research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, exposure to popular meeting tools and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
