**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**:
- Contact potential customers who have shown interest in our services through online comparisons or inquiries.
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
- **Inbound Calls**:
- Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers regarding service offerings.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections to secure sales.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to recommend the right service package.
- Provide detailed information on services, features, pricing, and promotions.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by offering excellent customer service.
- Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track personal performance and report on sales metrics regularly.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Attend training sessions and participate in regular team meetings to share best practices.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in Outbound Sales.
- Familiarity with customer service and sales best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Requirements**:
- **Good command over the English Language.**:
- **Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- **Skills**:
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must have computer knowledge.
- **Any bachelor's degree.**:
- Early Morning Shifts.
**Excellent Incentives for outperformers.**
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
