Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Appointment Scheduling:
Contact practicing doctors and medical representatives to promote the app and generate appointments.
Build a network of healthcare professionals to ensure consistent lead flow.
2. User Engagement & Retention:
Act as the point of contact for resolving any issues faced by users during app installation or usage.
3. Customer Support:
Provide prompt and efficient technical assistance to users, ensuring seamless app usage.
Proactively identify and address user concerns to enhance satisfaction and adoption.
4. Market Research & Feedback:
Monitor trends in the healthcare industry to understand user needs better.
5. Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, appointments, and resolved issues.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align efforts and improve the app's usability and reach.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related disciplines).
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or telecalling roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
Strong communication skills in both English and the local language(s).
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is a plus.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
