**Key Responsibilities**
- **Luxury Communication**: Respond to client inquiries on **WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms** with promptness, warmth, and sophistication.
- **Personalized Appointments**: Arrange and manage appointments for **consultations, fittings, and private viewings**, ensuring a smooth and memorable client experience.
- **Concierge-Style Follow-Ups**: Maintain ongoing communication with clients through **follow-up calls and messages**, offering gentle reminders and thoughtful updates.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build long-lasting relationships by understanding client preferences and anticipating their needs.
- **Seamless Coordination**: Liaise with the **design and sales teams** to ensure every client request is met with precision and care.
- **Brand Representation**: Uphold the values of **luxury, discretion, and exclusivity** in every interaction.
- Polished, well-spoken, and client-centric with a natural flair for hospitality.
- Exceptional communication skills in **English and Hindi**; poised and graceful in tone.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client requests.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in **WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and CRM systems**.
- A warm personality with the ability to make clients feel valued and at ease.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate in **Hospitality, Luxury Management, Fashion Communication, or related fields**.
- 1-2 years of experience in **luxury retail, premium hospitality, or client relations**.
- Prior exposure to **fashion, couture, or luxury services** will be highly valued.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
