Customer Acquisition Associate Job Responsibilities:
Reach out to industry-specific leads by researching, locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and

closing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- As part of the Customer Acquisition team, come up with a strategy to reach out to industrial

leads through LinkedIn, etc.
- Keeping up with market trends & competitor landscapes.
- Reach sales goals, compare self-performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- Complete individual sales quotas provided.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales numbers.
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve

the customer’s problem.
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
- Communication with Client Team for proper customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas
- Willing to go extra mile for completing sales quotas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Work from Office (mandatory)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
