**We’re Hiring**:Call Center Executive - US Voice Process

**Location**:Bangalore (Work from Office)

**Shift**:24x7 rotational shifts (8 AM - 5 PM, 4 PM - 1 AM, 12 AM - 9 AM)

**Transport**:Provided for night shift (either pickup or drop)

**About the Role**: Join our team as a Call Center Executive supporting our US Voice Process in the E-commerce/Logistics domain. In this on-site role in Bengaluru, you'll provide top-notch customer support and service, manage communications, and work across various contact center tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Customer support and communication skills in a call center setting
- Experience in Contact Center operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with call center technology and CRM software
- Prior experience in international Voice Process (US)
- Flexibility to work in a rotational shift schedule
