At **Inzyy**, we’re passionate about creating meal kits that inspire families to bond over delicious, easy-to-cook dishes. We’re on the lookout for a **creative and sustainability-focused Commis Chef** to help elevate our culinary offerings and delight our customers.

**Role Overview**:As our **Commis** **Chef**, you will lead the creation and refinement of recipes for our meal kits. Your role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional taste, quality, and sustainability while innovating around zero-waste practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recipe Innovation**: Develop and refine recipes aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
- **Menu Development**: Curate engaging menu cards and ensure an exciting rotation of dishes.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain the highest standards for ingredient quality, shelf life, and food safety compliance.
- **Team Collaboration**: Partner with procurement, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless menu execution.
- **Customer-Centric Improvements**: Analyze customer feedback to enhance recipes and overall meal kit experiences.
- **Cost Optimization**: Balance affordability with premium quality by managing recipe costs effectively.
- **Training & Leadership**: Mentor kitchen staff on new recipes, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in recipe development, menu planning, or food operations. Meal kit experience is a bonus
- **Culinary Expertise**: Deep knowledge and creativity across diverse cuisines.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and inspire a small team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
